Not receiving floor badges with Charge 4

Before, I had a Fitbit inspire 2, without altimeter, so I didn't win the floor badges.

Now, I have a Fitbit charge 4, the floors climbed appear in the app but I dont receive the floor badges.

How to solve this problem ?

There's been an issue with floor badges shortly after the Fitbit app redesign was implemented.

At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting that we can recommend since the issue is on the Fitbit side.

And so when will this be resolved? There are threads going back 4 or 5 years about this problem. Why does it still exist 4 or 5 years after being reported??!!
