Not receiving text messages on Charge 2

My Charge 2 used to receive text notifications but no longer does. I've followed the process detailed on a couple of threads, however they say to go into notifications and check the Fitbit Notification box, I don't have this box  in my notification tab. 

 

Am I missing something?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not getting text messages. What are you seeing on your app? Could you share a screenshot of it? Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
