Up until 2 weeks ago i was receiving txt msgs and phone call on my charger2.  I have tried all the posted solutions and no luck.  I even de-installed the app on my android and reinstalled.  Still no luck. When i re-installed the app it still recognized me and it does show up on my bluetooth.  Any other suggestions or anyway to completely delete my profile and charger so i can start as if its new.

I'm on iphone 8 iOS up to date and also am not getting text/phone/message notifications nor will it sync for these and bt pairing fails

The same issue - the phone call or txt alerts don't work anymore...

I can get text messages and phone alerts now (it was still paired to my Samsung) but not WhatsApp or Messenger Snapchat etc. Ive asked the Developers to work on this ....

I have same issue but thought I did something to screw it up. Hadn’t spent any time on it and now that I saw this post I will wait.

It did take a bit of figuring out and I had to completely delete from my Samsung even though the phone was off.  Hopefully their developers will have a solution sooner than later - I did say it wasn’t rocket science and they would losing, or at least not retaining,customers ...
