I've have not receiving any text messages or phone calls within the past two weeks. I tried everything. My charge 2 does sync with difficulty but it does sync. I can contacted Fitbit many times threw email but have been getting the same troubleshoot recommendations over and over again. Today I missed a very important phone call. I have a Samsung a8 is anyone else having this same issue ??

A common cause of this is where the Charge 2 is accidentally put into "do not disturb" mode. This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2. Could this be the problem here?

I'm having the same issue. I turned off the DND button, but it turned itself back on. I have done this again & it appears to be off now. Any suggestions?
