Not recording sleep score for 3-4 days after charging

I have had my charge 2 for 4 years. In the last 2 weeks after charging it does not record a sleep score or show me waking or moving, just continuous deep sleep, which I know I haven’t had, as the battery starts to wear down after 3-4 days it starts showing a sleep score again, but then the battery needs charging and the same thing happens again. It is recording a heart rate during the day. It is still recording length of sleep just recording it as very deep. Please help
