Please give it time, @Walkergirl66. I just checked and they are still not syncing.

Hi @LeslieAdam

I and several others are experiencing the same thing. I chatted with WW and received a message from them - We apologize for the Fitbit syncing issue. Our engineers are actively working to resolve the issue.

Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

I’m having same problem and have been messaging with Fitbit throughout the day. They told me to revoke access to WW app which I did and now cannot undo that action. So frustrating!

Asked WW again today and they say the problem is with Fitbit now!

WW told me in chat that the WW engineers are working on it. So who knows?

I'm having the same issue. I keep having to disconnect my Fitibit from WW and reconnect it. So irritating. I"m just glad to know it's not just me, I guess.

Same issue for me too!

My Charge 2 hasn’t sync’d with my WW app since yesterday.  I also noticed on my WW app the Charge 2 device is not showing on the list of devices to choose from to sync.

I'm having the same problem too.  I hope they get it solved quickly, I'm getting very frustrated.

It is a Fitbit app problem.

Now I'm really annoyed.  I've purchased three different Fitbits (Versa, Charge 2 and Charge 3) and now have had problems with all three.  I don't have much confidence in Fitbit.

I was annoyed when I called them today because the man I spoke with said “We gave you a case number and we’ll contact you when it is figured out.” In other words don’t call us we’ll call you.

I was able to fix it. Yaaaay. For some strange reason it disconnected from the WW app. Go to your WW app and tap “activity settings” and check if your device is showing (chances are it’s not). Tap connect device and it will display various activity trackers. Tap your device name and it should connect. It took me a couple of times before mine connected. Give it a minute or so and it should update. Hope this helps?

Hey Memo!  I fixed mine. Go to your WW app then look for “activity settings”.  Look for “devices connected” tap it and you should see various activity trackers displayed. Tap your device and that should do it. It took me a couple of tries but it finally connected.  Give it a few minutes and it should sync. Hope this helps?

I just tried (after removing the Fitbit from my WW app and adding it back) and it now worked.  That's 18 activity points I was missing!  Thank goodness!

I’ve been trying that. For me that is not the issue. Fitbit told me to revoke access to WW app so Fitbit app won’t communicate with WW app and no one will tell me how to undo the revoking action.

I have been disconnecting and reconnecting since yesterday morning. It won’t fix the issue long term.
