My Fitbit is not syncing to weight watchers app. It was fine yesterday’s. I have logged out of both apps and tried disconnect and reconnect

It only temporarily fixes it. I have been disconnecting and reconnecting for two days now.

I’m happy to report that I had to reconnect my Fitbit device in the WW app last night, but then it synced, capturing all my previously lost activity. WW has resolved the issue.

Hello everyone.
Let me help you with your Weight Watchers link with your Fitbit account. If you are having issues please revoke access to the app by going to the Fitbit website. Do the same from the WW side and then relink them as you initially did. If the issue persist you can ask WW if they have any suggestion from their side.

Go to WW app reconnect your Fitbit then try to sync. Go to Fitbit then manage data then revoke applications and WW should show up

I've done that at least 50-60 times. It is driving me crazy
