My Charge 2 stopped tracking my heart rate a few days ago, and also hasn't been tracking my sleep correctly (only recording 2 or 3 hours when I've actually slept well for 7 to 8 hours.

Hi @Naneliza thanks for bringing this to my attention, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Let me give you a hand with your difficulties.
Seems odd that your Charge 2 is not recording heart rate at all. If you haven't already done so, please check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and take in consideration all the information and steps that are specified there. Also, can you please let me know if you're receiving auto-sleep logs or Sleep Stages? Take in consideration that Sleep Stages need heart rate data to be recorded. Can you please let me know when was the first time your sleep was not recorded accurately and how many times? I'll be looking to your reply.

I appreciate the details that were provided in your response, such information helped me to better understand your concern. Can you please let me know if the steps that were shared in my previous post were tried? Also, is the battery of your Charge 2 not charging anymore or this rapid-depleting situation was experienced again?
