Nothing shows up when I tap the tracker's display

I press the button, and then double tap to get to my heart rate, but nothing happens. and then I just regular tap, and still nothing happens. i tried restarting it. still nothing happens.

I can't use Tap Gesture. i tried restarting it, but it's doing the exact same thing as before i restarted it. I made sure Tap Gesture wasn't set to off, and i even tried toggling between on and off. Nothing worked.

After toggling it off and on, you need to sync it. 

You can turn it on
Go to the Settings - Tap Gesture - On

Go to settings and make sure the tap fuction slide is set to ON. 

Then do a sync now.

Hey @Iesdor and @ACG, hope you are doing great and enjoying some healthy activities. 

This sounds really odd, as my friend @ACG mentioned, my recommendation is checking that the Tap Display settings are enable to show the stats in the tracker's display, to do this please go to the settings of your online Dashboard, click on the name of the Charge HR and there you'll find the option to manage them, please check the pictures attached.

Once you're done, please restart the tracker once again a set it up as a new device with your account so it can pick the new information.

Give it a try and let me know the outcome.

Unfortunately, this doesn't work if nothing happens when you tap on your Fitbit.

My fit bit hr is new,  screen is stuck on only time and steps.  screen will not move to anything else.  Please help:)

I got a message in anohter forum i plugged in laptop and pushed for 5 sec and it reset eith a smily face and its back
