Hi there,
mall of a sudden my charge 3 isn’t working properly. It won’t let me see or do anything on screen, it’s just showing the click screen, won’t let me swipe up down, left or right. I can’t clear notifications or reminders. Nothing. The app is working fine on my iPhone, it’s fully charged etc. I’ve plugged in & held button down for restart & nothing changes. Anyone else having the exact same issues? Any ideas on what to do next? This happens with each Fitbit I get, seems to work fine then all of a sudden it dies or stops working after a year or two, I’ve previously had to have replacements sent out to me or had to fork out for a new one if out of warranty. The shelf life of Fitbit products seem to be very short & they are expensive to purchase to begin with. I love mine but I can’t afford to keep shelling out every year or two for a new one. Please, please, please someone help. Many thanks in advance!

Came on to the forums to check on this exact problem. My Charge 3 is doing the same thing. Only shows clock face. Vibrates when press the side button. Green flashing lights on the back. But won't sync, won't swipe in any direction and currently isnt useful for anything other than the time. Tried the "place in charger, press and hold side button for 10-12 seconds" but nothing changes.

Yes, identical issue here! Hopefully someone can explain a piece of magic & we will get our working fitbits back again. If not I will have to get in touch with the team & hope I’m within warranty to get the tracker replaced..😩🤞🏼
