Notifications are ON, but Charge 2 doesn't vibrate

I loved how on my original Charge HR it would vibrate when I hit my goals or if I received a text or phone call.  My new Charge 2 does not do that.  Is there a setting that I just don't have set right perhaps? Help!!

Hi @MichelleJDean. If you go into the settings in the app, under menu items, make sure Notifications is checked and Reminder to Move is turned on, and perform a sync. Then on the tracker, page through until you get to Notifications, and make sure it's turned on. That should get you going.

well notifications are on ... in both my iPhone app the fitbit app and on the fitbit it self but it still won't vibrate 😞

Hey @MichelleJDean, it is great to see ya' around and thanks for following the instructions that @WavyDavey posted above to turn ON the notifications on your Charge 2. Since your Fitbit still not vibrating, I suggest restarting your Charge 2 by following the steps on this post.

Thank you for the info but it won't vibrate even after I did the restart ... it doesn't even vibrate after holding 4 seconds and seeing the logo pop up 😞

Hi @MichelleJDean, thanks for your reply and the time you have taken to restart your Charge 2. Let me suggest you to try one more thing. Please try to set up your Fitbit as a new device by following the instructions for iOS devices on this post.

Hi, I just got mine finally! And I have the same problem. I've tried EVERYTHING that I read here... but still does not work. Have you found the result after all??

Mine was faulty and still under warranty so they sent me a new one and I have had no problems what so ever with this one! Great customer service for sure!

Thank you for the message! Glad to hear that your problem's gone! I'm sooooo
happy with the product using throughout the day today except the
notification vibes problem.. I just chatted with fitbit customer service
and we tried all troubleshooting in order to resolve the issue, but no luck!
I purchased it through Groupon and they are unauthorized reseller for fitbit
so that fitbit cannot help any further. : ( So now I just sent a message to
Groupon to ask what I should do.. Well, I have good experience with them in
the past, so I'm not worried, but still pain in the butt!! Thanks again and

How do I find the notifications on the tracker. I think I may have accidentally turned off.  All other notifications are on, but still not getting notifications on tracker

The easy way @SunsetRunner is to hold in the button while viewing the clock.

 Am having the same problem.  Phone does not virate with reminders or notifications.  Everything is turned on.  I do get the notifactions but only if I happened to be looking at my phone. The vibrating part would be helpful. Anyone can help with this?

Mine was totally defected, so I simply returned it and got a new one.
