My text or phone messages are not going to my Charge 2, yet all notifications are turned on. Help

Thanks for letting me know about this situation with your SMS and calls notifications on your Charge 2.

My best recommendation would be to check you have set them up correctly and follow the quick tips to troubleshoot these situations, you can check all this in this article.
