Tried everything suggested even called support was on for 30 minutes. Get no notifications anymore. Now when you go to your account under notifications, it no longer show email, texts, or phone calls so can't turn it on .All if this has disappeared in notification settings. Fed up with charge 3. Going to get a Samsung phone. Fitbit did not even last a year
