I only show the sender come through on my Fitbit when receiving a text message and not the scrolling of the actual content of the message. I have this selected also. I've restarted and nothing works. Please fix this bug.

I have a direct message into Fitbit about this issue. They're currently looking into it and are supposed to get back with me. They had to verify my account to make sure I had the most current update and once that checked out, asked me for the model of my phone and I haven't heard anything. I told them I would follow up but that there were many many others experiencing the same exact issue. Hopefully they find the fix

I just did a live chat with an agent. I was told, "I want to share with you that this is an on going issue we are aware of, and we are working to identify a resolution as soon as possible." I asked about a time frame and there isn't one. It was suggested that I continue to watch for updates.

Still not working and now my whole Fitbit is not working. It's been at the same time (2:46) for almost 2hours now! Trying to get theu to customer service now

Forgot to mention in my earlier post that all my phone calls show "unknown" instead of the callers name. This is 50% of the reason for me having this thing. So I can see at a glance if its important or not. It's about to become an expensive paperweight

First, I'd like to appreciate all of your effort and the patience spent on this situation, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for each of you. Let me share with you guys that we are aware of this situation and working to resolve it as soon as possible, just as some of you posted. We know the impact this can cause to our users, the notifications feature is really important. Therefore, we are working to release an update to resolve this situation as soon as we can.
On the other hand, I've noticed that some of you are using mobile devices that are not compatible with our products and services. I'm aware that some users were able to use your Fitbits with non-compatible mobile devices with no difficulty, however, we cannot ensure that all the Fitbit features will work as intended due to this compatibility concern, this is because of Android and Fitbit app updates. Please make sure to use a compatible mobile device to avoid difficulties.
Let me know if there's anything I can do for you to assist in the meantime. Your understanding and patience are appreciated.

I have the same problem. I have the S10+, but it's not on the list of compatible devices. Hope it gets fixed soon!

My device is compatible and it is still not showing the notifications correctly. The message is still missing only getting sender despite having the message/sender option on.

They even had another recent update and its still not fixed. Almost an entire month of this..
