same thing started happening to me yesterday....though the changing of notifications on and off is happening constantly. I tried restarting like Ricardo suggested to no avail. Hoping someone can give us guidance on how to fix

My Charge 2 is doing the same thing. Tried resetting per all the blogs etc. Nothing working. If I hold the side button in the main screen comes back and shows accurate info (date, time, steps. etc.) but as soon as I release the button it resorts back to the notifications screen (on / off / on / ...).
Tried do a system reset. Nothing working.
Garbage ?

Same problem is occurring on my Charge 2, restart failed to help. Support only offered 25% off new purchase excluding Charge 4. Have there been any firmware updates, running on 22.58.00

Same problem has started with mine.
Tried the reset as suggested but no good.
Looks like a software issue to me.
Not impressed by the feedback from Fitbit.
Will not be replacing with another fitbit product.

It's strange that my fitbit did this about 3 weeks ago then my wife's did this yesterday. It does not seem like 2 would just suddenly die for no reason.

Hi Ricardo,
Same problem as Ajeeta. Fitbit is now over two years old. Worked well till yesterday. Also tried to reset about 15 times. Pity the factory reset doesn't work but after waiting 7-9 seconds and releasing, the notifications just start switching again! Hopefully there will be a solution soon.

Hi Ricardo
Still the same problem hope fitbit does take some corrective action towards the same as would be very reluctant to buy another fitbit product. The least they can do is atleast offer 50% off on a new product

You will be unable to fix this..
Get ready to waste your time with customer support as they disavow any knowledge of this flaw.

You know that won't fix the problem..
Just go ahead and offer the 25% 'Discount' on the Charge 3...
Thanks for the Firmware update that killed my Charge 2.. Great way to increase sales though.!

Yes.. it's done.
But Fitbit will give you a 25% 'Discount' for a Charge 3..
And I mean discount is essentially worthless as you can buy on Amazon w/o a 'Discount' for the same price..
And finally.. customer service is of no real help.. but they're polite..

NO FIX.. Just replace.. perhaps with a more robust product from another company

Your suggestion doesn’t work. What the heck... please fix. Otherwise the majority of us that have this problem are going to buy a non Fitbit replacement!!!
