Old topic but has reappeared again, battery not holding charge.
I have a charge to that has worked flawlessly until the last two days when it started to lose ability to hold a charge. I charged it fully yesterday went to bed and it was completely dead by the morning I have followed all the advice regarding turning things off which sort of defeats the purpose of having the Fitbit in the first place.
I’ve had this since 2017 and as I said it worked perfectly until now. Has there been some sort of update that isn’t quite working properly? I would’ve thought if the battery has been dying it would’ve slowly lost its ability to hold a charge not suddenly from yesterday until today? I’m absolutely lost without my charge to as I use it for sleep exercise and I use the alarm function to keep me on track.
Please help does anybody have any ideas out there?This is such a bad time to have this happen as the Fitbit community work week hustle was a way of staying in touch with people.

Want to add that I’ve charged it to 100% it shows 100% on the app but it’s completely dead on my wrist. Nothing happens when I press the button.
Panic panic, lost without it!
