One day is missing from my last week history

One day missed off

history. Good days walking as well! It showed initially but when I looked at last weeks history, Friday was there as was Sunday but Saturday was missing.

Hey @SylvieS, welcome aboard! Have you tried to log out and then log back in to your Fitbit account? If you haven't, please do it o refresh the data, then sync your Charge 2 and let me know how it goes. 😉

I’ve just done that, logged back in, synced it and it’s got worse!
It now reads last week
monday ok
Tuesday ok
Wednesday 12.03
Wednesday 3.05pm
Wednesday 5.22pm
Thursday 1.56pm
Thursday 4pm
Friday 3.48pm
Sunday 12.35
This week;
Wednesday 4.35pm
Saturday 2.40 pm
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday this week have now disappeared but they were showing before!
Would I be best to delete the programme and start again?

Hey @SylvieS, thanks for the update! This is indeed odd. Let me suggest you the following: 

 

- Reboot the Bluetooth on your phone 

- Reboot your phone 

- Force quit the Fitbit app 

- Force sync it 

 

Give it a try and let me know how it goes!

Many thanks for your response and suggestions. I have no idea why it happened but it all seems to have gone back ok now!

I am missing days on my Fitbit weekly exercise, this is the 2nd week. As suggested  I logged out & back in & still the same.
