Have restarted a few times now, how ever this doesn't seem to help. Watch charges ok to full battery but also doesn't last very long, (30minutes) then is completely dead.
Watch is approx 2 years old.

@KTua Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your tracker's heart rate sensor isn't working and its battery is draining quickly and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts including using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this restart your device and see how it behaves. Additionally for the heart rate sensor try turning it off on the tracker's settings, save and sync then change it to auto, save and sync again.
