Only one green flashing light

I've noticed my sleep and heart rate has not been tracked for 2 days and today I noticed only one green light was flashing.

I have turned sleep off and back to auto

I have connected the fitbit to the charger and held for 10 seconds

I have cleaned it with a wipe

None of the above has worked

Any suggestions????

@MrsKJ, you need to contact Fitbit Support so that they can help resolve this issue.

Hey @MrsKJ, it is great to see new faces around! 🙂 Hmmm sounds pretty weird that only one light is flashing on the back of your Charge 2. On the other side, I appreciate that you have taken the time to try to fix this issue. Beside what you already tried, I would like you to try to set up your Fitbit as a new device by following these instructions for iOS devices. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest you something else, could you please the battery of your Charge 2 run out? After that, plug it into the charging cable and perform another restart, then use it for a few days and let me know if it is tracking your sleep and heart rate.

I contacted the online support services and after more of the same troubleshooting I am now waiting for my replacement Charge 2.

Contact Fitbit-they gave me a new battery about 18 months ago and it’s still going strong

I am experiencing the same issue. My heart rate is through the roof and my sleep is also not accurate . I have tried resetting and cleaning as well. This is the second time this happened .

This is my second time too!I went on to the live web chat.They’ll ask you to reset it and try a few things.Mine didn’t respond but l did get a voucher for money off a new Fitbit.Good luck
