This morning when I synced my Charge 2, there was a part of my sleep pattern missing. From 1:37 a.m until 2:53 a.m there was no sleep pattern data recorded. Is it possible to recover this or was there a glitch in my device during that time? I have restarted my device and logged out of the app and logged back in but there was no change.

Let me help you with your sleep detection and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. For the missing period you won't be able to retrieve it but you can manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.
