Option to turn off sleep score

I thought I had to be missing it. I used the tile on the dashboard to see the time I spent awake--I have a very high arousal score proven by multiple sleep studies, so the time spent awake is the most useful piece of information to see whether therapies are working. But it turns out that 60+ forum threads later there is no way to turn off sleep score. I can only get my time awake by drilling into the sleep details, and sometimes there's an inexplicable delay in that popping up.

Fitbit, kindly don't reply to this saying that I should submit a feature request. Don't tell me I signed up for Fitbit Premium. I work tech support. I know that sometimes developers do things that they didn't tell the support staff about and support is left holding the buck. All I want to know is what it will take to get those developers, and the people who make decisions about their priority, to take this seriously. Do they need to see their app score drop? Do they need to see people reselling Fitbit on eBay in droves as they switch to other companies? Do they need to see stocks fall? Or is there some magic number of forum posts--forums represent only a tiny fraction of their actual userbase, after all--after which they will pay attention to this?
