  • How do I get an out of warranty replacement for charge 4? 16 months!! Fitbit gave below user (in link below) a replacement at 18 months. 
    If they got one I would like one also. Mine is just black screen now and battery only holds charge for couple hours. It’s useless. I don’t want any other Fitbit. I surely don’t want a charge 5 that has battery issues already.

Hi @Kokobean07  Fitbit customer support takes each person's case on an individual basis, according to where they live and what the warranty is for that county. click to read more. You will have to go to customer support to see what options, if any, are available for you. These are the community forums and we're just users of the Fitbit devices, so we can't help you.
