Charge 3 used to track distance but since last 2 weeks only tracking heart rate impact n energy...no distance

Outdoor cycle tracker only shows calories burnt average heartbeat n time spend but NO distance or elevation

Are you using GPS, either connected to phone, or on tracker itself?  That is the only way it can know distance.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Yes Gps is on as I am able to track distance while walking or running...only when doing outdoor cycle itvis not Sent from my Galaxy

Do you get a map of your bicycle ride. When it comes to exercises and GPS, each exercise has its own individual enable for GPS. 

Any auto decay bike ride will not display distance.
