I have the charge 4.
In the beginning it was all ok.
but after 1 month the oximeter stop working, or at least it stoped the information to appear in the app.
It says that I have to ensure that I have the latest update, and I do.
I waited a while to see if it was something else that “technologies” wanted, but nothing changed.
Does anyone now’s what can I do?

Hi @Pedromenezes , Nice to see you here. Thank you for your message and patience.
Could you please let me know if you are seeing the sleep stages or the simplified view of your sleep record?
See you around.

I have the same problem @JuanFitbit and it does tell my sleep stages x 3, but i can't see my saturation at any given time. Now i have been Diagnosed with COVID it is pretty important to have this feature.
Cheers George

I actually chatted with support yesterday and after last night it is now working. I think the key thing we did was uninstall and reinstall the app from the gallery on my phone.

@Pedromenezes none of the information is ever stored on the phone, all info is in your online account.
