I have the fitbit Charge 2 for almost 2 years now. I have never had any problems with it until now. I bought a new smartphone a few weeks ago and since then I haven't gotten any notification from my phone on the fitbit. First I had a Motorola Moto G5 and now a Motorola One Vision. I just installed the app on my new phone and logged in. Everything synced but there is no connection via Bluetooth. My phone doesn't find my fitbit and I have tried everything so far. I deleted the fitbit app and installed it again. I restarted the charge 2. I deleted the charge 2 from the app and re-installed it, but nothing has helped so far. I get the notification that there are bluetooth issues, but no solution so far. What should I do?

Good trouble shooting, @AnnVanlommel. Unfortunately, your Motorola One Version is not on the list of Supported Devices. This means Fitbit has not tested the phone and not all of the functions may work.

The problem is that I can't pair with my charge 2 because my phone's bluetooth doesn't find him. Some tips on that would be welcome.

If that phone’s Bluetooth is not compatible with Fitbit, there is nothing I can suggest. Sorry, @AnnVanlommel . You can try contacting Customer Support, in case they have any suggestions.
