My fit bit was paired with my phone but now it's not. It's not visible at all.

@Jpointer is it visible to the App? We really don't care what the Bluetooth settings screen says.

@Jpointer Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Which phone do you have? Is it compatible to sync? The more information you share the better we will be able to assist you. Like @Rich_Laue said you don't need to see your tracker on your phone's bluetooth settings area since the syncing process is handled by the app itself. Does your tracker shows in the app? This will tell us if the tracker is still paired to your account. When was the last time you synced your tracker (tap the tracker's icon to see this information)? In general a restart of your phone and tracker should help a lot. Restart your Charge 2 by doing the following:

Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter.
Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely.
Your tracker should start charging.
Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
You should see your tracker's firmware version and you can now unplug your tracker.

Let me know how it goes!
