How do I synth with new watch.?  Using iPad but don’t know iOS #.  ,followed instructions. And have on iPad but Fitbit watch doesn’t reflect anything.  This.

@Duchadams are you sure you have a Charge 2 which hasn't been sold for more than a year? Does the unit have a real button or just an indentation to touch. 

I see you've posted in the older Charge forum. 

 

When you say the Fitbit watch doesn't reflect anything. Does it turn on? Is there a anything at all displayed? What would that be? 

Is the Fitbit app installed on the iPad and have you done the add device? 

 

Have you setup the Charge 2, probably a Charge 3, through a phone already.
