I have tried all of these "solutions" several times over to no avail! I started a chat with the support area today and was cut off so I phoned the helpline and was told at least a 10 minute waiting time. Please advise as to how to address this issue as currently no support from fitbit!

Hi
Had same problem with Galaxy A10, so I downloaded fitbit through windows 10 to my laptop from their website and set it up there, worked fine so thought I'd just work from there.
Then I decided to have one more go at loading android app and pairing on my A10, and lo and behold, it loaded itself perfectly and has worked fine since.
Then uninstalled from my laptop.
Not sure why this happened but I'm not compllaining anymore...
