My fitbit has totally freaked out on me,, I've raised the issue with support but no joy,, basically it stopped syncing so I did the reboot,, I did the factory reset, I've uninstalled fitbit app then reinstalled it and now it wont pair to my phone, it says check device settings are ready to pair,, theres no option to forget on my bluetooth,, ready for binging it now

Mine stopped tracking on Wednesday, there is nothing i can do to get it synced, just like you. I don;t knwo what to do.

I've gone mad at fitbit emailing them they just keep giving me links to stuff I've already done,, my device wont pair now it's so frustrating

fit bit has now been returned as it started to overheat with a black screen ,, buying a lumen watch instead
