my charge 3 stopped syncing and showed an incorrect time. I read on here to unpaired my device and pair again. It would not pair back. I thought it was my phone as it was a little older. I bought a new phone, a Galaxy A11. It will not pair either. My Bluetooth is on and there are no devices listed as paired at this time. It sends the code to my fitbit and I enter it but will not pair. I don't know what else to do. I have bought multiple fitbits and have never had this problem before. Please help!!!

I have no devices on my Bluetooth. I made sure I had the permissions. I have my Bluetooth on. I restarted my Fitbit and phone. Still won't pair. I've only had this last Fitbit like a year and it's not cheap. I'm part of my employer group and use this for our wellness activities. The device won't even show the correct time. I don't know what else to do.
