My ftbit won't connect with my phone. It keeps saying the fitbit isn't charged. The battery is at 100%. This is a replacement fitbit. The date on my fitbit is Dec 19th. I didn't use my fitbit over Christmas but need it for work. Frustrated. Ginny

@Ginmerison Thanks for being part of our Community!
Let me help you with this. As mentioned by @Odyssey13 said you can check the list of compatible devices but you can also try troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you clear the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

Similar issue here. My phone will FIND the tracker, but then it won't go the next step to connect to it. It just says "try again". Ive tried all of the steps above. Ive even restarted the phone (Samsung Galaxy 9 which is on the good list). I dont know why it can find my tracker using Bluetooth, but it won't connect fully so I am able to sync it and use it. Its fully charged and plugged into the charging harness. I am at a loss.

I'm using a MotoG7 Power which isn't on the list but all of a sudden (after over a year) it stopped syncing, I can detect the Fitbit, it accepts the code and starts the syncing process and then just hangs, I've restarted everything and it makes no difference. I go back to an old Alta and it links straight away. Very frustrating
