Hi @Marathonman73 your Fitbit actually pairs to the email address/account, not the bluetooth. You can learn more in the Charge 4 area where you'll find articles on how to set up, the user manual and many other helpful articles. Let us know how things go for you. Your iOS must be at least system 13 to work with the latest Fitbit app. click for the Charge 4 information area
