I’ve just had a new iPhone and can’t figure out how to pair up my old charge 4.

@Starshine267 , Nice to see you here! Thank you for your message and efforts.

If you still have access to your old phone go to the Bluetooth menu and delete (unpair) all connections with the Charge 4. 

Then turn the old phone off and open the Fitbit App on the new one. 

Try to sync manually the Charge 4

 If you don't have access to your old phone just open the Fitbit app>Profile picture>Charge 4 and try to sync the Charge 4.
