@Spence22, welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 screen partially lighting up. Not sure if this was due to a hit or if it is only the screen not lighting up so I suggest you try restarting your device by following these instructions.

I tried restarting, but nothing changed on the screen.
