Personal best isn't updated

I have a Fitbit Charge 3. My Fitbit workweek hustle trophy best steps is currently at over 67000 steps, earned in October. However, I have beaten that amount a few times since, including last week and the one before. Both last week and this week i got over 70000 steps, but my personal best is apparently the one from October with 67000 steps. Please fix, its so annoying and also unmotivating.

I understand how are you feeling and will be glad to help you out with your personal best issue. I would like to know if you have been manually logging any type of activity that might provide you steps, since keep in mind that those steps won't count for this. Can you provide me with some screenshots?.

• Hi, thanks for reply. No, nit manually adding anything that would add steps and as these dont count towards challenges anyway, they wouldnt be counted. Last week i have a screenshot of step count  the week before i had over 79000 steps . How do i post screenshots?

There is no camera icon to press where it shows when i looked. Theres only an arrow, a B for bold, I for italics and a clip to send url and a thing to make bullet points

I’m having the same issue over multiple challenges. My personal best trophies are not being awarded. I haven’t manually entered any except calories and water.
