Personal best not awarded

I’ve beaten both workweek hustle and weekend warrior personal best and yet I’m not receiving my trophy for them. Very disappointing when you work so hard to do this.

I don't know why this post is marked as having a solution when you've said engineers are working on it. There are lots of forum threads about this same issue dating back to 2016 so nearly 3 years waiting for a fix...

This unexpected behavior is not happening with all users or in every challenge, but this issue has been escalated to our team and they are working on finding a fix. Sorry for any inconvenience while we're working on this and thanks a million for your understanding. These types of issues are very unpredictable, sometimes the solution is very simple and other times the solution takes more time to develop.

My personal best is not showing up for Workweek Hustles either. It shows for goal days, weekend warriors and daily showdown but not Workweek hustle and that’s the challenge I participate in the most.

Again years later the issue still hasn’t been resolved well done Fitbit
