I rebooted my Charge 3 after it was performing slowly - now it will not connect to my phone when exercising.
It will sync all data, and still connect to the fitbit app but if I select an exercise it just says 'phone not found - launch fitbit app' instead of using GPS.
I have re-paired them, I have deleted and reinstalled the app, I have rebooted the device again and I'm out of ideas.
GPS and Bluetooth is enabled on my phone.
Screen is also very unresponsive and the fitbit must go black and rewake up to update anything selected on screen.
Only had it for 8 months, pretty poor.

Whether your phone settings for location for the Fitbit app are set to Allow when app is in use, please change it to Always allow.
