I'm not receiving any notifications of my texts or phone calls on my Charge 2. I have an iPhone. I've turned the phone on and off. I've checked Bluetooth. I've uninstalled the app and deleted my Charge 2. This just started yesterday. I've had the tracker since Christmas.

@Neweyg, have you checked the Charge 2 tracker to ensure that the Notifications are not muted? Press & hold the side button for about 3 seconds to toggle Notifications from Off to On.

I have turned my Charge2 on and off several times. Turned my iPhone 11 on & off. Checked notifications are "on" within my Fitbit. iPhone has notifications on, show notifications is on.
Still not seeing my text messages. I used to see them but I let the battery run down and didn't use my fitbit for about a month. Text notification has not worked since I recharged my Fitbit
Please help!
