I've looked on many support pages. Pixel 3 devices are not listed as compatible. I've tried every option to get notifications to work on my Pixel 3xl and my Charge 2.

 

Any update from you, Fitbit on this or are we expected to scrap the device and buy the new version just because you won't release a FW fix? I'm not spending more money on a new device when my current device is perfect.

 

Please do not post suggestions on resetting BT, removing and readding, restarted, etc. I also understand some of you with Pixel 3 devices are working and that is great for you. But most people with a Pixel 3 and a Charge 2 do not get notifications.

@nanonano76 A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 notifications and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which Android version is your phone running? Please be aware that Android users are having issues syncing with Android 9 (Pie), you can check this thread to keep up to date with this.
