Hi team,

My fitbit charge 3 has a faulty screen, the lines of pixels are broken and missing making the screen hard to read especially while excercising. Is there anything i can do to help with this issue?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

My screen is similar, I have stripes down the screen where the colour is different shades of black and grey and the touch screen isn’t as sensitive
