Plastic connector from Charge 3 to strap broke off

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My band started to tear - I duct-taped it while I ordered a replacement band (you can see the adhesive). When I removed the old band to replace it, the connector broke off in the band....I realized it's only connected to the Charge 3 by two tiny pieces of plastic.  So - there's no way I can replace the band.  Any ideas for help? This is the 3rd Charge 3 I've had - love them but this is very disappointing.  Thanks -

Hi @saltyjack  if you're out of warranty, I'd go to Amazon and find something that would work to hold your pebble piece. Some have posted there is a band that you place your pebble into without needing the clips. You could also get a clip type pouch to put the pebble. Let us know what you find that works best for you.

Thanks, Odyssey13 - that will work! I found a strap on Amazon where I can
just snap the Fitbit in (lots of the comments/reviews said they had the
same problem as I did - sure seems like a design defect!)

Very helpful -
