You won't be able to use the SDK with that device. The info might be available in the Fitbit app somewhere.

Not even sure what SDK means. I just jumped on here to get an ID on which model it is so I can order the charger and start using it again. can anyone help?

This is the SDK forum section. I recommend asking in the Android or iOS app forum section. If you let me know which operating system you're using for the app, I can try to move your question.

Hi @Beejenigma - if it is a Fitbit tracker, in the Fitbit App, tap profile icon (old version) battery icon (new version) and the next screen should show the model.
If you still have the charger there may be an indication on it.

@Beejenigma I moved your post to the Other Charge Trackers forum, a better fit for this question. Your Fitbit is either a Charge 3 or a Charge 4. I have experience with both models and these are the differences:
L: Charge 3 R: Charge 4
I'm sorry if you feel like you were getting a runaround. Your post wound up on one of the developer forums. No harm, no foul. It happens a lot. The Google Store doesn't have Fitbit brand chargers for either model. Third party chargers should be available on a site like Amazon. The chargers are different. The Charge 4 pebble is thicker. A Charge 3 charger won't fit a Charge 4.
I hope this helps.

- The Charge 3 pebble has an aluminum case. The charger is all black. It was released in 2018. My Charge 3 has a gold case, but it came in graphite (black), too.
- The Charge 4 pebble has a plastic case. The charge has an additional small gray piece at the clip end. It was released in 2020.

Laurie, Thank you for much for the help. I guess it must be a 3? What would be your advice on how to find a charger for it? Thank you again

Guy, Thank you so much for the help. I have a new phone so I am not sure I can get back into the app that has my info. I will try to add the app and try to sign in. BTW, the page for chargers does not show the clip style charger I used to have. Not sure how to find one of those. Thank you agian.

@Beejenigma You new phone isn't an issue. You can log in to the Fitbit app from any phone/tablet that supports the Fitbit app. I just hope you remember your email/password. @Guy_ 's link is from the Google Store. It can't help you. The Google Store doesn't sell chargers for discontinued models. Fitbit doesn't label the charger with the model name. His comment about the new vs old app is also irrelevant. You can only get the current version of the app. It is very different from the one you used in the past.
I also looked at your public profile and saw that you joined Fitbit in 2021. The Charge 4 was the current model in 2021. The Charge 3 was discontinued by then.

Hi @Beejenigma and welcome to the forums.
I appreciate your message related to the identification of the tracker model you have.
In addition to the advice previously provided, may I suggest you to log in to fitbit.com, where you can find the model of your device.
Huge thanks @LZeeW , @Guy_ and @Gondwana !
