Please help me to update my Fitbit Charge 2

I have a Fitbit charge 2. For more than a two months I have not wearing it because it doesn't have an accurate date an accurate hour. How to update it? I have no idea., and this is my second letter asking for help with no answer received.

Plug it in and follow the steps  to update

 

Also walk away and let it do its thing.  Please
