My Fitbit Charge 4 was not working properly. I mailed in the tracker using the free return label that was emailed to me on April 13, 2022. Fitbit still has not received my returned tracker via FedEx. I spoke with a Fitbit advocate today and he stated I have to wait two more days, and then my package can be considered lost. The return of a defective tracker should not take over 26 days to be returned for a replacement unit to be sent to me.
I have always had great customer service with the Fitbit company, but this is honestly terrible service. Thank you.

Well FedEx claims that it is still in transit. Sorry, I'm not sure how we may help.
Personally, I would expect. Fitbit to send out a label for next day delivery.

I have had the exact same issue with my Charge 4 return. Sent it back with their label and tracking number and fed ex can jo longer find it.
Says it was delivered to Mississauga FedEx depot and that is as far as it went.
Have sent emails to fitbit and they said they cannot do anything until it arrives to them.
Very disappointed and annoyed, just purchased new bands and the scale less than a week before it died and still have a monthbon warranty.
