Bought charge 4 few months ago. Performance has drastically deteriorated in last few weeks.
1. device needs charging every 3 days
2. battery charge drops from 40% to dead in matter of an 1-1/2 hr during workout. Bizzare isn’t it!! How do you expect to workout??
3. workout data is lost if battery is dead during workout.
4. Constant gps connection switch on off alerts during workout causing unnecessary distractions. I don’t think there is an option to switch off gps. Isn’t it?
5. Screen hangs at times. I have to keep pressing the side button to reset it.
quite unhappy with product. Glad if someone attends to these issues asap

Hi! There is an option to turn of the gps. I did it from my laptop in the settings. My battery too is pretty much dead now. Mine started to drop after the black pieces on the device started to break off. One side is completely broke off and I'm lucky to get 2 hrs. Some have luck with chatting with customer service. I'm going to give it a whirl tomorrow even though mine's out of warranty.
