Heart rate graph in the  Fitbit premier has not been showing up for the last week when you search the restoration portion of sleep. The percentages are there of resting heart rate vs. sleeping rate but the graph is not.

Are you using iOS? If so, you are probably being affected by a known bug that Fitbit are working on. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates:

Are you using iOS? If so, you are probably being affected by a known bug that Fitbit are working on. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates:
