Premium monthly fitness summary rport

I have Fitbit Premium servive. I am trying to access my monthly report. I clicked on the "gear" icon got Fitbit Premium but not an option to ger monthly report.  Only how to oay for account.  I have been receiving the reports for 3 years.      I looked at past replies but none work for me.  I have an Android phone and HO computer.

@Grinda   The path changed with the major app redesign.  Sadly, there are many old pages that need to be archived.  This is my path:

  • Tap on the You icon in the bottom right
  • Look for the tile that says Membership benefits right below your name and tap on View
  • This should take to a page with a list of Premium features
  • Wellness report is at the bottom of the list

Some Android users are posting that they either don't have the option or that it doesn't work.  Unfortunately, Wellness reports are only available on the app, not the web dashboard.

Me again,  I got a notice to link to "export data'. but it gives me an Excell sheet of raw data.  I am looking for the PDF report they have sent in the past.

Thanks for your reply.  I changed to the Google account earlier today.  The option did not come up then, but I tried again after your reply and it worked.  Maybe I just needed your words of "encouragement. 🙂
