My phone updated and my Fitbit has reverted to the info from 2012. It erased everything for the past 6 years. The same login was used the whole time. I can see my profile if I search my name but I can’t access it.

Thanks for bringing this issue to my attention. This sounds odd. Let me suggest you to try the following to refresh the data that was previously registered on your Fitbit account.
- Force quit the Fitbit app
- Log out from your Fitbit account
- Log back in to your Fitbit account
- Sync your tracker
Let me know if that works!

@Heatherroberts it looks as if you may have at least two accounts, the account your currently are posting from was created in 2015.
What data do you see when you go to https://www.fitbit.com
