I bought my fitbit charge 3 on January, 2019 and in the last mounth, the battery keep charged for just 3 hours and the heart rate stopped working. I already rebooted it and I also did all the steps I found here in the forum to solve these problems, but they persist. About the heart rate, the green light below the fitbit is not working any more. I'm sure the heart rate is on and the position of the fitbit on my fist is right. I am really disappointed with these problems because before them the battery keep charge for 7 days and now is draining in 3 hours. The problem with the heart rate is also frustrating because one of the reasons I bought this fitbit was to monitor my heart beats.

I am having the exact same issues, wish someone could help us. Bought my charge 3 a month earlier than you did.
