Problems with sleep activity and sync in gennerel

I just bought the fitbit charge 2. Yesterday I set it up. And everything seems to run perfectly in the beginning.

I had set the sleeping to 23.59 hours/minute. And start sleep record on the app, today at 10.20. I wake up 19.55 and pushed the bottom "I'm awake" on the app right away.

but it only recorded deep, light and awake sleep,

And not light, deep and rem sleep.

Does anyone no why?

What can I do so the Graf tell me if I was sleeping light/deep/rem instead of deep/light/awake.

I want to see how much rem sleep I got!

That's actually why I bought the watch.

Only for the sleep analysis and heart rate!

Now I set the app sleeping from 08.00-20.00 (12 hours sleep) and set the alarm to tell me when it's time to go to sleep.

But what can I do to make it work so I can see correctly sleep Graf with rem sleep?

Another problem is that it won't sync suddenly.

Last time it would sync was today at 12.18 and now the time is 22.20.

I have tried to log in and out and other things.

But it still won't sync. What should I do to make it work?

Please help me ♡

See Why don't I see sleep stages today?

Do not use "Begin Sleep Now" and "I'm Awake" buttons.  Just let Fitbit figure out by itself when you are asleep.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
